The artist Nef transports us into a world that is both gentle and surreal, through various series of contemporary pop portraits. Each work plays with a bold fusion of vibrant colors and subtle details, or, conversely, explores the strength of black-and-white chiaroscuro—resulting in an instantly recognizable aesthetic.

With "Sensitive Elements", Nef reveals a series of hybrid portraits that explore the fusion between humanity, nature, and the cosmos. Faces that are neither entirely human nor entirely other, suspended between dream and dystopia. Each painting becomes a mirror of our inner transformations. These silent figures seem both fragile and eternal, as if they had always existed somewhere between our world and another.

Here, mutation is not rupture, but a gentle, almost sensory fusion—a porosity. Each face becomes a point of contact between interior and exterior, between intimacy and universality. Nef invents a sensitive cartography of the living, a mythology without gods, inhabited by entities that feel and that watch over us.
