"This work represents a natural material of plant origin that changes over time. Starting on a fabric base, the plaster layer barks naturally over time. The bark is the skin, the protection, this thick coat of a few centimeters whose role is to protect the sap and the softwood, which is the living part of the tree. Here, the work exposes itself, removes its shell over the years to reveal what is most dear to it: its heart." Nathanael Koffi

Nathanaël Koffi is a French self-taught artist and visual artist born in 1995 who embarked on art after a short course in accounting.

For several years, he has been exploring colors and different formats in order to create works of art that can convey multiple messages. His passions revolve around creativity, from skateboarding to fashion, from cars to music.
