Mariyka Yaroslavskaya is a young Kazakh painter of Russian origin. She has been living in Paris for about ten years. Passionate about art from a very young age, she is inspired by masterpieces dating from the Renaissance to the Roaring Twenties. Her taste for ancient and modern art led her to specialize in the technique of oil painting.

She also finds her inspiration in religious art and it is by drawing in churches that the ideas of the great majority of her paintings were born. 

To paint, she always draws her inspiration from her own feelings, it is for her an inexhaustible source of inspiration. Mariyka is convinced that it is in itself that we find the most unlikely colors to enrich her palette. 

Mariyka sees art as a universal language that allows people of different cultures, faiths and eras to communicate with each other.
