Alëxone Dizac
Bio
Alëxone Dizac, also known as Alëxone, is a French artist, painter and illustrator emerging from the world of graffiti, born in Paris in 1976.
Through his works, Alëxone Dizac depicts acts of bravery with a clever combination of wordplay and wit. Amid the tumult of joyful fictions and effervescent colors, he presents the spectacle of a merged animal society, bringing the vox populi to life with expressive malice.
The hoarding of multiple influences, such as graffiti, Byzantine art and comics, quickly becomes apparent. Behind this Fantasia lies the depth of a specific equilibrium, that of a labyrinthine weave imbued with playful rhetoric. As a bibliophile, the Parisian artist weaves a delicate canvas with finesse. Yet the vitality of his painting may well reflect that of the world.
Vivid colors, comical scenes and motley characters elicit laughter and entertain. The artist delights in integrating references, multiplying winks and puns, combining unusual ideas. In this way, a real closeness is created between him and the viewer, who fully grasps the meaning of his work.
